About This Tool

How To Use

  1. 1. Enter your UPI ID (e.g. yourname@okaxis) — the QR generates automatically.
  2. 2. Fill in your business name, an optional fixed amount, and a short customer note.
  3. 3. Add your phone number and address to appear at the bottom of the poster.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which UPI apps will scan this QR code?

All standard UPI apps — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and any bank UPI app (SBI YONO, ICICI iMobile, HDFC PayZapp, Axis Mobile, etc.) — can scan this QR. The code encodes a standard upi://pay URI that every RBI-compliant UPI app recognises. You do not need to generate separate QR codes for different apps.

Can I rearrange the elements on the poster?

Yes — every element is draggable. Tap and hold any text, logo, or badge on the canvas preview, then drag it to wherever you want it on the poster. The position is saved automatically. You can also tap any text field to edit it inline without leaving the canvas.

Should I set a fixed amount?

Use a fixed amount if you always charge the same price — for example, a parking fee, a meal deal, a subscription, or a class fee. Leave it blank if the amount varies per transaction. When blank, the customer enters the amount themselves in their UPI app. Both approaches are encoded correctly in the QR code.

Where can I print or display this QR poster?

The downloaded PNG is high-resolution (800×1240 px) and prints sharply at A5 or A6 size. Place it at your shop counter, stick it on a table tent, include it in invoices, paste it on your packaging, or share it on WhatsApp and Instagram. Laminating the printout protects it from spills.

Can I edit text directly on the poster?

Yes. Tap any text element on the canvas preview — a small edit popover appears right next to it. Type your changes and press Enter or click away to confirm. You can also drag any element to reposition it. The side panel lets you update contact details, upload your logo, and adjust logo size and shape.

What does the logo shape option do?

Circle clips the logo into a circular frame. Rounded clips it into a rounded-rectangle frame that matches the logo's actual proportions — so a landscape logo gets a landscape frame, not a square one. None removes the frame entirely and shows the logo at its natural dimensions with no background or border.

Is my UPI ID safe to share on this poster?

Yes. A UPI ID is designed to be shared publicly — it is exactly the information you give someone when you ask them to pay you. The QR encodes only your UPI ID, payee name, and optional amount. No bank account numbers, IFSC codes, or other sensitive details are included in the QR.

Do I need to sign up or pay?

No. This tool is completely free with no account or sign-up required. Everything runs in your browser — your UPI ID, logo, and design choices are never sent to any server.
