About This Tool

A QR code (Quick Response code) is a type of barcode that smartphones can scan instantly. It can store a website link, WiFi credentials, contact details, an email address, a phone number, a UPI payment request, or plain text — all in a small square image.

This tool lets you create QR codes in seconds. Use Simple mode for quick URL or text codes, or switch to Advanced mode to choose your content type and customize the design with colors, shapes, and sizes.

Generated QR codes work with any smartphone camera or QR scanner app. Download them as high-quality PNG images or scalable SVG files for use in print, websites, or digital sharing.

How To Use

  • WiFi QR CodeShare Wi-Fi without saying a word.
Guests scan and connect automatically — no typing a long password. Print it and stick it near your router or reception desk.

What can I encode in a QR code?

You can encode website URLs, WiFi network credentials (SSID and password), UPI payment requests (payee ID, amount, note), contact information (vCard), email addresses with pre-filled subject and body, phone numbers, SMS messages, WhatsApp chats, or plain text.

Do I need to sign up to use this tool?

No. This tool is completely free and requires no account or sign-up. Your QR code data stays in your browser and is never sent to any server.

What is the difference between PNG and SVG?

PNG is a standard image format that works everywhere — great for sharing, printing at fixed sizes, and adding to documents. SVG is a vector format that scales to any size without losing quality, making it ideal for large prints or professional design work.

What does 'Reliability' mean in the settings?

Reliability (also called error correction) controls how much of the QR code can be damaged or obscured while still being scannable. Standard works for clean digital uses. High is better if the code might get slightly worn. Maximum allows up to 30% of the code to be covered — useful if you want to place a logo on top.

Will my QR code expire?

No. QR codes generated with this tool do not expire. The data is encoded directly in the image, so it will work as long as the destination (e.g., the website URL) is still active.
